Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1/2 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup milk1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 teaspoon pepper1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)1 egg
Directions
- Heat oven to 400°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into 20 to 24 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs. Place 1 inch apart in pan.
- Bake uncovered 18 to 22 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
- OR
- Â Brown meatballs over medium high heat in a large pan. Cover and turn heat to medium, let cook for 15 more minutes, until a test meatball shows no pink when cut open.
