Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, sliced¼ cup butter1 pound fresh kale, trimmed½ tsp salt
Directions
- Cook ¼ cup butter in a pot over medium-low heat until sizzling and add garlic, cook until brown, 1 minute.Â
- Add 1 pound chopped kale and stir until wilted, 3 to 5 minutes. Increase heat to medium.
- Add ½ teaspoon kosher salt. Cook, stirring, until tender, 5 minutes.
- Add roasted parsnips, radishes, or turnips and serve!!
