Ingredients
 2 cup rolled oats2 cup unsweetened almond milk½ tbsp of butter½ diced apple1 tsp cinnamon1 tbsp honey
Directions
- Heat pot and simmer (low heat) diced apples with butter, then add cinnamon and honey; occasionally stir for 2-3 minutes or until apples soften and juices thicken.
- Once apples brown with cinnamon, add milk and oats, cook at medium heat and stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
